Public Workspaces
Pokke workspaces can be configured as private or public. A public workspace exposes a read-only bookmark list that anyone with the URL can open in a browser.
What Public Means
Section titled “What Public Means”- Anyone who knows the workspace URL can browse the bookmark list.
- The public page is read-only. Visitors cannot edit the workspace.
- Private workspaces are not accessible unless the viewer has access as the owner.
How to Enable It
Section titled “How to Enable It”- Open the Pokke app and go to
Workspaces. - Create a new workspace or open an existing workspace from
Edit. - Turn on the
Publicoption and save the workspace.
Public URL Format
Section titled “Public URL Format”After a workspace is public, its bookmark list can be opened at:
https://pokke.femto-cloud.com/workspaces/<WORKSPACE_ID>/viewUse the workspace ID shown on the workspace list page.
Behavior
Section titled “Behavior”- The public page supports pagination.
- Bookmark metadata such as title, description, favicon, OGP image, and AI summary are shown when available.
- Search links are not shown on the public read-only page.
Typical Use Cases
Section titled “Typical Use Cases”- Publish a topic-focused reading list.
- Share research bookmarks with teammates without giving edit access.
- Keep most workspaces private and expose only selected collections.
